How can I redeem my Rewards?

Redeeming your rewards is as simple as having ice cream. Just ask one of our staff members to help you redeem and give them your mobile number.

When you order online, just enter your mobile on redeem box and your reward points will be applied to your final bill.

How do I change my password?

We have got your back! Click ‘forgot password’ on log in screen, enter mobile number and submit to receive onetime passcode to your mobile. Enter the OTP code and clicks submit, then you can see new screen and asking you to enter new password.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account by clicking the “My Account” link from the account settings, or you can contact us and request to be removed.
Note: Once the account is deleted, then your e-Club account will no longer receive special offers, promotions, or coupons from us. We’ll be sad, but we will understand!
You may join the club again at any time.

How do I log into my account?

Click ‘e-Club’ button on right side corner, enter your mobile or email id and password to access your account.

How do I update my account information?

You can update your account information by clicking the “Edit Profile” on my account page.
Here are the steps:

  • Log into your e-Club and enter your mobile/email id, password. Click on the “Log In” button
  • Click the ‘My account’ button, choose “Edit Profile” on settings icon visible on the left hand side of your screen.
  • Update any information on the page
  • Click ‘update profile’ button.
How does the reward thing work?

Every rupee you spend at any of our Hazel location will duly be accounted as 1 reward point and will be added to your account. These reward points will be automatically added when you buy at our store or even if you order online using Hazel website or mobile apps. No expiry date for your rewards and you can redeem it at any time and at any Hazel location.

How long do I wait to redeem my birthday coupon?

You have 3 weeks to redeem your birthday coupon. Your birthday coupon is valid 10 days prior to your birthday and expires 10 days after your birthday.

Your coupon will be activated in our system as soon as you update your birthday in our account profile. No physical or email coupon required. Take the help of one of our members to help you redeem your points.

Your coupon will be activated in our system as soon as you sign up with your mobile number or email id. All you need to do is, just ask one of our staff members to assist and redeem your coupon.
